PILATES

Pilates sessions are taught as small group classes and as individual one to one sessions.

Pilates is a great way to keep your body feeling agile and energised. The movements focus on posture, alignment, core strength, balance and flexibility.

I love that Pilates is beneficial for everyone regardless of age, fitness ability, size, race or gender. As a teacher it is wonderful to see how often regular practise of even the smallest and simplest Pilates moves can improve quality of life, for example stronger fitter bodies for gardening, horse riding, less back ache when driving, or improved body confidence and reduced stress levels.

Class Schedule :

Little Dewchurch Village Hall

Monday 10am-11am General/Intermediate Level

Monday 11.15am-12.15pm Seniors/Gentle Level

Wednesday 7pm – 8pm General/Intermediate Level

Thursday 9.30am -10.30am General/Intermediate Level

Classes run in term times, and run as a course starting in September, January and April. 

Classes are kept to low numbers to allow for individual attention.
