TMW

TMW is Tai chi movements for wellbeing, and is a beautifully flowing and carefully selected sequence of movements designed to enhance and promote our physical and emotional wellbeing.

The movements which have origins in Tai Chi, Chi Kung and meditation are simplified and can be performed standing or seated making it accessible to everyone.

TMW provides an invitation to bring our minds and bodies back into a natural state of balance allowing our energy to flow more freely.

I truly believe in the power of TMW, an oasis of calm in a world that is so busy and activity driven.

Wednesday 9.30am-10.30am   All Levels

Classes run in term times, and run as a course starting in September, January and April.

Classes are kept to low numbers to allow for individual attention.
